Dace and I ran from my house around the Washington Fields 10 mile loop, and then around the Virgin River loop. We needed to cut some distance so we thought we'd go through St. James which made it longer. Who knew? We ended up walking for the last .85 miles because we were already at 14 miles.
The calves were pretty fatigued at the end, but overall I felt good. Longest run I believe since Utah Valley Marathon. We were at 8:08 pace overall. |

| Jed and I ran from the Springs around the Virgin River loop. We ran into a raccoon along the way. The skunks were out in force this morning as well. We never saw one though thankfully! |

Ran with Dace clear out to Snow Canyon Pkwy. We were only going to run 16, but we went out to far so we decided to run 17. That way we only had to walk a half of a mile back to the car. It was a really hillly course so we took it slow. |
