Did Man O War out and back with a 4 mile tempo in the middle.  Hit those miles at 7:10, 7:06, and 7:08 on the last 2.  I felt good for the most part.

Dace and I did an easy 6 this morning.  I played kickball in the evening with my family, and with Melanie and her boys.  I pulled my groin really bad.  This felt a lot worse than it did 10 yrs. ago when I pulled the same one.  I think I'm done running for a while.  That means no Utah Valley, and my training was going so well.
