| Just a nice slow run. I went up Stone Cliff and ran around. A lot of uphill. Achilles is still sore, but has improved from last Friday. Just need to keep going slow. Just under 9 pace. |

| I ran with Dace and one of his track distance runners that he coaches on the high school team. We met at Desert Hills High and ran 4.5 miles. I added the 1.5 on the end, but slowed it way down. I finished up just under 8 pace overall. |

Dace and I ran 4.5 then I added 1.5 on at the end, and I slowed it down. I'm hoping if I keep it slow I can cure this Achilles thing. This was a cold one.

Woke up to a dusting of snow on the ground. Dace and I were going to go 10. Just before stretching I get a text from Dace. Something about it's too cold, but really he just couldn't get the bed off his back. It was a good run. I just kept it slow.

I was planning on meeting Dace and Mark, but I was a few minutes late and they were gone. They must of been on time because the other days I was already there when they got there. I did a loop through Bloomington Hills that I hadn't done before. A lot of hills, but it was a good run. Overall the achilles felt pretty good. I'll just keep the pace at 8-8:30. |

Butch was in town from Vegas so I was supposed to meet him at 6:30 on the trail. He forgot and thought it was at 6:00 so I knew the general course he was was running. I was able to run into him about Bloomington. He was on his way back. So I finished up with him around 7 miles for me because he was at about 16. I took him back to his place and then ran another 5 miles.
