I ran 6 in the morning around the Little Valley loop.  I then ran 5 fast miles with Dace around the Mayor's loop.  The running club started just ahead of us so we never really caught up with them.

Just a nice easy recovery run after all the running yesterday.  I won't be able to run tomorrow due to the Mtn. Man Rendezvous this weekend with the scouts so I loaded up on the miles the past 2 days.
