Dace and I met at my house for our long run.  We ran by the temple up diagnol then bluff to Snow canyon pkwy.  We caught the trail down to dixie dr. then to tonaquint and around the bloomington loop.  Back to the man o war trail and up over bloomington hills.  Back to river rd. on trail then back home.  We were able to walk the last half mile which was good.
