I headed out for my run thinking I would go 10 miles. Instead, I decided to do a tempo run, and only go 6. My first mile was a warm-up mile at 8 pace then I went 7:07, 7:09, 7:04, 6:52, and 7:04 on the last 5 miles.
The legs felt pretty good. A little sore at first, but that went away in the first mile. |
