I decided to run the first 6 as a tempo run. The first 2 were 7:09. Mile 3 was an uphill mile so I was at 7:36. Miles 4, 5, and 6 were 7:06, 7:03, and 7:05 respectively. Miles 7 and 8 were in the 7:40's then I ramped it back up to 7:25 on mile 9. Mile 10 was back in the 7:40 range. |
