Dace and I went for a late morning run. It was good to have him there to push me a bit. I've got to do this Boston thing this year. I might have to adjust the diet something I've been unwilling to do in the past.
Hunter rode his bicycle with me this time. He did good keeping up. It's good getting the kids out to keep me company on the runs. He's working on his cycling pin for Cubs.
I kept a good pace the whole way. The first 8 were just over 7:30 overall pace. The last 3 were right around 8 pace. Good overall run with some good hills mixed in.
