I went out for an easy 6 mile run. As I started, my quads were really feeling it. I thought there was no way I could do the 6, but they got stronger and stronger so I was able to finish it. I thought for sure I would be running 4 on the treadmill and calling it a day.
The first 2 miles were at a snail's pace. Then I was able to pick it up from there as the quads started feeling a lot better. |
