I ran the first mile at a warm up pace of 8:20. The next few miles were 7:08(flat), 7:13(uphill and flat), 6:49(slightly downhill and flat), 7:32(mostly uphill), 7:12(slightly downhill), and 7:23(flat and slightly uphill). The last half mile I just cooled down at 8:00 pace. It was a good run overall. I was able to 5-6 miles at marathon or faster pace. |
