Went out for my 10 mile run. It was dark still and I was running on a dirt section of my route and I hit a rock and rolled my ankle over pretty good. I was just over 3 miles into the run. It wasn't even my bum ankle. I could tell it was bad. I had to sit down for a while. When I got up it felt good so I ran back to the car.
With about a 1/3 of a mile to go it started hurting pretty bad so I pulled up and walked it in at mile 6. Won't be running for awhile unfortunately. |
