The long run was a solo run today.  Dace must've been busy with track because I couldn't get a hold of him on Fri.  I got a late start so it got a little warm by the end of the run, but the temps were great for the majority of the run. 

I felt good about the pace considering it was a solo run.  The calves felt pretty good.  My wife purchased "The Stick" for me for my birthday so I've been rubbing them down with that pretty good.  It really works to keep them loose.

I love the stick. Havent used it much lately though. But before a race or something I will use it to help loosen up or after a race. And doing Ragnar last year it came in very handy.

Hope all is going well. Dace said something about you being on the injured list?!?!

Mark- yeah my calf and achilles are acting up. I went out for a run on Tues., and I had to cut it short. I was limping pretty bad. Getting it worked on today so hopefully it recovers quickly.

I got it worked on yesterday evening. I ran 4 this morning it was sore, but held up. I'll try to run a few with you Sat. morning. Maybe 6-10.
