Dace and I ran through Santa Clara, Ivins, and down Snow Canyon Pkwy.  We kept it at a moderate pace most of the way, but we mixed in a few fast miles.

Mile 4 we ran at 7:10 pace, mile 9 at 7:09, and mile 14 at 7:05 pace.  The rest of the miles were either +- 8:00 pace.

We finished the run at 2:05:36.

Yeah, that's pretty funny how close our times were. It was a great run because there's some nice hills in there especially the hill from Santa Clara to Ivins.

Looks like you had a great run with hills as well. I think we're all there we just need the stars to line up come race day.

About the meds, I usually take about 3 ibuprofen or aleve as well on my long runs. It helps with the post run soreness. So I don't think they'll hurt your performance at all come race day. Hopefully you can get that figured out long term though.
