Dace and I met Butch at the trail.  Dace ran up to Tonaquint Dr. with us and then turned around to get back for a track meet.  Butch and I continued up and ran down into Bloomington.  Went around Bloomington Dr., and then back on trail to Bloomington Hills.  We went around Fort Pierce to the road that goes up by the golf course.  I ran up to Brigham Rd. with Butch and then turned around and headed back to the car.

Dace and I watched "Unbreakable" at Zion's IMAX.  It was about the Western States 100 mile trail run.  Some of the ultra runners were there afterwards for a Q&A.  It was pretty inspiring.
