Dace and I ran the figure 8 for the first 10 miles then I added 4 at the end. We were under 8 pace overall. I thought I would take it easy the last 4, but I just wanted to finish and the legs were feeling good so I actually sped it up a tad. It was a good confidence booster. I'm finally starting to get my speed back. |

| It was raining pretty hard this morning so I went to the gym and ran on the treadmill. I did some ab work afterwards. |

| Dace and I ran from the Dixie Center up to Snow Canyon Parkway then down the trail to Dixie Drive. We went separate ways at Tonaquint I ran over Tonaquint and he went back to the cars. I then ran around the Bloomington Circle and back on the trail. I got to 16 miles with .75 left to go to the car so I walked the rest. |

We stayed at the Ahern's for Spring Break so I met up with Butch for a short run because he lives in their ward boundaries. I ran about 4 with him, and then 4 alone. He had the Spectrum 10k the next so he was just taking it easy. I got a little workout in afterwards at the Queensridge Tower gym. |

| Solo run today. I wasn't going to run because my backside was pretty sore from the fall I took in the Bloomington Cave on Saturday. It was pretty sore, but it slowly worked out to where it wasn't bad. |
